Information and advice
Who Cares? Scotland is offering emotional support, information and financial assistance to anyone who has been or is in care and is struggling due to Covid-19 and lockdown. Care experience could include kinship care, looked after at home, residential care, foster care, secure care or adoption. We are also able to offer this support to kinship carers. We can provide practical support, such as money for food, mobile phone top ups and gas and electricity payments. We are also working in partnership with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) to offer fast-tracked counselling services for any Care Experienced people who have been impacted by COVID-19. We are offering up to 8 sessions of counselling from an external, qualified counsellor or psychotherapist.
We're available by phone, email and text every day, including weekends and public holidays. You can contact us by phoning 0330 107 7540, texting 07568 242965 or emailing us at email@example.com.
